To perform at a high level, athletes need to be multidimensional. We’ve put together a comprehensive plan to attack the key areas of speed, agility, & skill development.

We all know the value of speed & how coaches love fast athletes that can make plays. Our speed program is designed to improve your explosiveness & acceleration to create that initial separation. Top speed & maximum velocity training is also included to help you pull away in big time moments. We implement an individualized approach within a group setting, allowing us to tailor our training to the athlete while monitoring their progress.

  • MON & WED (multiple session times available)

  • 40yd Dash & 10yd Splits tracked via VALD Laser Timing System

  • Maximum Velocity in MPH tracked via StatSports GPS Technology

  • Data storage & visualization provided via Universal Speed Rating (USR)

  • Sprinting technique & soft tissue injury prevention (Hamstring, Hip Flexor, etc)

Agility training

There’s always that one athlete that can simply make people miss. Change of direction & deceleration capabilities are some of the most important tools an athlete can have on the field. We help players who want to stop on a dime by training through various agility drills & progressions.

  • TUE & THU @ 4pm (all ages)

  • Soft tissue injury prevention (Knee, Ankle, Hip Complexes)

WR/TE SKILL TRAINING

With the game constantly evolving, so is the position of wide receiver. Our curriculum for receivers & tight ends focuses on helping them get open, catch more passes, & score more touchdowns.

DB/LB SKILL TRAINING

Defense wins championships. Having a plan to stop the offense requires the proper technique & execution. Our defensive back & linebacker training curriculum helps defenders lock down more receivers, intercept more passes, & record more tackles.

QB SKILL TRAINING

The most important position in football. Having an elite quarterback is not only a game changer, but a franchise changer. Our QB training curriculum guides quarterbacks through the process of completing more passes, throwing more touchdowns, protecting the ball, & winning more games.

Teams that can run the football often have the most success. Ball carriers are asked to be some of the most versatile players on the field. Our RB training curriculum details running backs to be able to make more defenders miss, gain more yards after contact, catch more passes for first downs, & rack up more touchdowns.
