Results vary by training plan. The average athlete can anticipate a 1-3 MPH increase in speed. For vertical jump, we’ve seen anywhere between 1-5 inch improvements in 8-weeks.

Sessions are 1hr in length. Most programs are designed to be 8-weeks in length.
